What You Will Do
Function within a team of clinical providers and research support staff to support the coordination and execution of NHLBI research protocols.
Support biomedical research protocols.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team, patients and families to enhance clinical practice and care.
Facilitate learning for patients and families.
Perform medical management of patients incorporating critical thinking skills with advanced clinical practice and research skills by integrating experiential knowledge and evidence-based practices.
What You Will Need
Master’s degree from an accredited PA program or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) (for NP candidates)
Minimum of SIX (6) years of clinical experience.
Holds an active Maryland license to practice within their respective discipline OR is a recent graduate from an accredited PA or NP program and is scheduled to sit for the certification examination.
Offer letters will be contingent on having passed certification exam and applied for Maryland licensure.
Submit a descriptive letter or interest with application.
What Would Be Nice To Have
Recent experience in hematology, oncology, or stem cell transplant and/or biomedical research is beneficial but not required.
Be able to work in a collaborative team environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
