Job Description We are currently seeking a Channel Account Executive, Technical Sales, for the Mid‑West region for our global client. The ideal candidate will bring experience developing strategies with key decision‑makers to help increase sales. This position is full‑time, remote/virtual and has an anticipated salary range of $70,000–$104,000 annually with an eligible commission of 65/35 split under the terms of an applicable plan.
Responsibilities
Develop strategies to increase sales with key decision makers in the dealer sales channel and with end users.
Be the face of the company, promoting the business relationship between the company, assigned dealers, and/or offices.
Communicate effectively with Fortune 500 customers, including CEOs, CIOs, and CFOs, presenting high‑level sales strategies, ROI, and technical workflow analysis.
Assist the dealer sales channel and end‑user customers with technical knowledge that allows for detailed analysis and recommended hardware and software solutions.
Manage dealer sales channel accounts, territories, marketing program implementation, education, and other channel‑related support.
Conduct high‑level introductory sales calls, providing retail sales channel proposal development and bid support assistance.
Coordinate and implement product launches and equipment/software updates with the dealer sales channel.
Manage coordination of certain events/tradeshows.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is
REQUIRED .
Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
Experience with copier sales / A3 market is required.
B2B retail sales and/or customer face‑to‑face for copier dealer experience.
CompTIA CDIA/CDIA+ Certification.
CompTIA Network+ Certification.
5+ years in sales/sales support and industry‑related experience.
Sales Certification in 6 core skill‑soft areas (Professional Selling, Field Sales, Territorial Account Sales, Manufacturing, Strategic Account Sales, Sales Communication).
Travel of over 75% or more in the Northeast or Mid‑West is expected.
Remote/Virtual work and available for the Mid‑West region.
