Role Overview Are you a high‑performing in‑home sales consultant? We’re the fastest‑growing residential plumbing company in Chicago, with big plans to become the largest and most successful residential plumbing company in the country. At J. Blanton Plumbing, you’ll be joining a team dedicated to excellence and innovation in the industry. No prior shower remodel sales experience? That’s okay. We’ll train you and teach you everything you need to know about designing and selling stunning shower transformations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in‑home consultations to understand homeowners’ needs for shower/wet space remodeling projects

Present customized options and solutions that align with the homeowner’s vision, preferences, and budget

Close sales confidently, ensuring the homeowner feels informed and supported throughout the decision‑making process

Build lasting relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and follow‑up

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor as a trusted representative of the company

Requirements

1+ years of in‑home sales experience

Proven track record of generating $1M+ annually in in‑home sales

Strong communication skills with a consultative approach to sales
