This isn’t a technician job—it's all about sales. You’ll meet homeowners, identify plumbing needs, and present solutions they can trust. Our install team handles the technical work, so you can focus on closing deals and helping people. Key Responsibilities
Engage with homeowners to uncover plumbing issues and recommend solutions. Deliver clear, transparent pricing while showcasing the value of our services. Build strong customer relationships through follow-up and honest communication. Drive revenue by hitting goals and tapping into new opportunities. Stay on top of industry trends to offer the best options. Expand our reach through smart outreach and lead follow-up. Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in plumbing sales. Skills & Qualifications
Proven sales performance: $1M+ per year and a desire for more. Customer-focused mindset: listen, earn trust, and close without pressure. Highly motivated: thrive in fast-paced, commission-based environments. Benefits
