This isn't a technician position—it's a sales-focused role centered around sewer and drain solutions. You'll meet with homeowners, diagnose their needs, and offer clear, effective solutions that protect their homes and give them peace of mind. No prior sewer sales experience is required—top HVAC or in-home sales performers are an excellent fit. Our install and service teams handle the technical side, so you can focus on building relationships, earning trust, and closing deals. Responsibilities
Meet with homeowners to identify and understand their sewer and drain concerns Offer clear, customized solutions and educate customers on their best options Deliver transparent, value-driven pricing presentations Build lasting relationships through trust, professionalism, and follow-up Hit and exceed sales goals while providing an exceptional customer experience Proactively follow up on leads and explore new opportunities for growth Requirements
Proven sales success—ideally $1M+ annually in HVAC, plumbing, or home services Strong customer communication and solution-selling skills Motivated and competitive mindset—driven by results and earning potential No sewer or plumbing sales experience required (we provide full training) Benefits
