Training Facilitator (SaaS | Construction Analytics | Hybrid Atlanta | Up to 50% Travel)
Optomi, in partnership with a fast‑growing SaaS company in the construction analytics space, is seeking an energetic, customer‑focused
Training Facilitator
to lead engaging customer bootcamps, internal enablement, and live events. This role is front‑of‑room heavy (virtual and onsite) and ideal for someone who loves translating complex software concepts into clear, actionable learning.
What You’ll Do
Lead high‑impact
customer bootcamps
(onsite & virtual) that help project teams upload schedules, interpret analytics (e.g., critical path, float, compression, logic checks), and apply insights on real projects.
Deliver
internal enablement
(sales/product curriculum, quarterly All‑Hands segments) and occasional
train‑the‑trainer
activities.
Partner with
Sales & Customer Success
to package/scale training as a value‑add service and upsell opportunity; align training outcomes to adoption and ROI.
Represent the company at
workshops, conferences, and client sites
(travel up to 50%).
Continuously improve delivery and materials using participant feedback/VOC, collaborating with L&D/Product on release‑aligned updates.
Run polished virtual sessions via
Zoom/Teams ; maintain decks, labs, and light LMS tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years
of facilitation/training experience in
SaaS/technology
(construction tech or project controls a plus).
Strong
stage presence —you love being in front of a room (or a Zoom) and can engage mixed‑skill audiences.
Proven ability to
translate technical topics
into simple, role‑based workflows (Admins / Power Users / End Users).
Comfortable with
virtual delivery tools
(Zoom/Teams), slide craft (PowerPoint/Google Slides), and basic LMS practices.
Highly
collaborative and adaptable
in a startup environment; partners smoothly with Sales, CS, Product, and L&D.
Nice to have:
familiarity with
CPM scheduling
concepts/tools (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project), Articulate/Camtasia, and TTT experience.
Location/Travel:
Atlanta‑area hybrid when not traveling; willing to travel
up to 50% .
