Optomi, in partnership with a leading technology firm in the construction analytics space, is seeking a Product Specialist to join their growing team! This is an exciting opportunity for a construction project controls professional who enjoys traveling, leading client workshops, and helping customers get measurable value from data-driven scheduling solutions. The right candidate will bring strong communication skills, deep scheduling knowledge, and the confidence to train and advise clients in both virtual and on-site settings.

Experience of the right candidate:
5+ years of experience in construction project controls, scheduling, or forensic delay analysis.
At least 3 years in a customer-facing, training, or implementation role.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project (required) and Primavera P6 (preferred).
Strong understanding of critical path methodology, project performance tracking, and earned value principles.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Certifications such as PMP, PSP, or CCP are a strong plus.
Must be willing and able to travel up to 50% for client training engagements.
Responsibilities of the right candidate:
Lead client onboarding and configuration of the scheduling analytics platform, ensuring smooth and effective implementation.
Conduct both virtual and on-site training boot camps (2-day, immersive sessions) for project teams and leadership.
Deliver tailored enablement materials, best-practice guidance, and workflow recommendations.
Perform schedule assessments, delay analyses, and project performance reviews to help clients measure and improve outcomes.
Present analytical findings and insights to senior stakeholders to drive measurable ROI and adoption.
Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to enhance client satisfaction and platform value.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring successful adoption and continuous improvement through proactive engagement.
Contribute to refining training and implementation processes that improve scalability and customer impact.
