Director, National Direct Placement at The Judge Group The Judge Group is seeking a Human Resources Manager with manufacturing experience in the Beecher, IL area.

Compensation:

$100,000 – $115,000 per year.

Relocation:

Provided for the right candidate.

Citizenship:

Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.

Worksite:

Onsite.

Responsibilities

Source candidates, interview, hire, and train staff.

Perform performance evaluations.

Process disciplinary actions and terminations.

Provide support to Human Resources Generalists, management, and staff.

Manage and oversee the talent acquisition process.

Process payroll.

Conduct employee performance reviews.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, & local laws & regulations.

Qualifications

B.S. Degree preferred.

5+ years of Human Resources experience with 3+ years in a manufacturing environment.

Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws & regulations.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS & talent management systems.

SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP Preferred.
