Principal Consultant – Labor & Employment Attorney

Responsibilities

Represent employers in both class and individual cases involving wage and hour compliance, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other labor and employment matters. Handle wage & hour class actions and PAGA claims with confidence and precision. Advise clients on leaves of absence, employee accommodations, personnel policies, and employment agreements. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and participate in all phases of litigation. Work directly with clients to provide practical, business‑oriented legal solutions. Collaborate with colleagues across offices and practice areas to deliver exceptional client service. Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials. Minimum 4 years of experience in Labor & Employment law at a reputable firm. Wage & hour class action and PAGA experience required. Excellent writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Admission to the California Bar (in good standing). A proactive mindset with a desire to take ownership of work and career growth. Benefits
