Channel Account Manager

This full‑time virtual/remote role offers an anticipated salary range of $70,000‑104,000 annually with a 65/35 commission split.
Responsibilities
Develop strategies to increase sales with key decision makers in the dealer sales channel and with end users.
Be the face of the company, promoting the business relationship between the company and assigned dealers and/or offices.
Communicate effectively with Fortune 500 customers including CEO, CIO, and CFO presenting high level sales strategies, ROI, and technical workflow analysis.
Assist the dealer sales channel and end user customers with technical knowledge to allow for detailed analysis and recommended hardware and software solutions.
Manage dealer sales channel accounts, territories, marketing program implementation, education, and other channel related support.
Conduct high level introductory sales calls, providing retail sales channel proposal development and bid support assistance.
Coordinate and implement product launches and equipment/software updates with dealer sales channel.
Provide coordination of certain events and tradeshows.
Apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
Possess working knowledge of company products and services.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is required.
Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
Experience with copier sales / A3 market required.
B2B retail sales and/or customer face‑to‑face, copier dealer, copier experience.
Preferred Experience
CompTIA CDIA/CDIA+ Certification.
CompTIA Network+ Certification.
5+ years in sales/sales support and industry related experience.
Sales Certification in 6 core skill‑soft areas: PROFESSIONAL SELLING IN THE KNOWLEDGE ECONOMY SIMULATION, FIELD SALES SIMULATION, TERRITORIAL ACCOUNT SALES SKILLS SIMULATION, SALES MANUFACTURING (TM): OPPORTUNITY DEVELOPMENT SIMULATION, STRATEGIC ACCOUNT SALES SKILLS SIMULATION, SALES COMMUNICATION TECHNIQUES SIMULATION.
Travel of over 75% or more in the Northeast or Mid‑West is expected.
