The Role We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Demand Generation Account Manager to lead digital marketing strategy and execution for a portfolio of B2B clients. This role blends strategy, client management, and hands‑on marketing execution. You’ll collaborate with internal specialists in paid media, content, PR, and HubSpot to build campaigns that generate high‑quality leads, strengthen pipelines, and drive measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities Client Strategy & Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact and strategic lead for assigned client accounts.

Translate client goals into actionable digital marketing strategies and integrated campaigns.

Develop quarterly and annual marketing plans that align with client KPIs and growth goals.

Manage ongoing communication, performance reviews, and client presentations.

Campaign Planning & Execution

Build and optimize multi‑channel demand generation campaigns (paid search, social, email, and content).

Collaborate with creative, PR, and automation teams to deliver cohesive, full‑funnel marketing programs.

Use HubSpot and analytics platforms to monitor campaign performance and recommend data‑driven improvements.

Ensure flawless execution and reporting across campaigns and channels.

Performance & Optimization

Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics including lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.

Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and drive client growth.

Partner with leadership to test new channels, tools, and strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

4–7 years of B2B digital marketing experience, preferably within an agency environment.

Strong understanding of demand generation, ABM, and inbound marketing strategies.

Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Hands‑on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.

Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data to inform strategy.

Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities.

Experience preferred in logistics, supply chain, or industrial B2B marketing is a plus.
