Collaborate with a team of software engineers to create and maintain Reddit's GraphQL infrastructure Design and deliver solutions to enhance GraphQL's functionality, scalability, and efficiency Investigate and optimize the operation of the platform at massive scale Provide feedback on the technical and strategic direction of the GraphQL platform Mentor and support fellow engineers within the team What is Required (Qualifications)
5+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale distributed backend systems Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages (preferably Go) Experience identifying and driving high-impact projects aligned with company strategy Familiarity with essential cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes, CI/CD, AWS, GCP) Excellent communication skills and high empathy for collaboration across the organization How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
