Responsibilities
Design and deliver high-impact initiatives for institutional clients, including transaction processing and policy controls
Define and execute the team’s technical roadmap aligned with organizational priorities
Solve complex challenges by understanding customer needs and delivering secure, scalable solutions
Lead incident response and ensure the reliability and scalability of backend systems
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, enhancing the team's technical capabilities
Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in backend development, with expertise in Golang, GraphQL, REST APIs, Kubernetes, AWS, and blockchain protocols
Proven track record of building resilient, scalable, and secure microservices
Experience leading complex technical projects end-to-end and driving technical excellence
Hands-on experience with blockchain network integrations and secure key management
Strong ability to work cross-functionally with product, security, and infrastructure teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with full-stack development, including front-end frameworks
Passion for blockchain technology with hands-on experience in crypto exchange applications or Web3 tools
Familiarity with advanced cryptographic techniques, such as zero-knowledge proofs or secure multi-party computation (MPC)
Understanding of SOC1/SOC2 standards or experience in regulated environments
