Sr. Supply Chain Product Mgr, Power and Cooling

AWS Infrastructure Service (AIS) organization works to deliver cutting‑edge solutions to source, build and maintain our socially responsible data center supply chains.
Do you have a desire to make a major contribution to the future in the rapid growth environment of Cloud Computing? Amazon Web Services is looking for a Supply Chain Product Manager to help build a scalable, predictive, and prescriptive supply chain risk management for our AIS Power and Cooling organization.
Key job responsibilities
Executes strategic plans that improve service, productivity and quality, and that align to the overall organization vision
Develop and implement systems of accountability to ensure ongoing, measurable performance improvement
Understand the technical requirements of our partners and work closely with the internal and external development teams to guide the direction of the supply chain activities
Prepare and present detailed data‑driven business reviews to senior leadership, focused on supply chain risk management
Drive strategic supply chain risk reviews and mitigations with internal teams
Basic Qualifications
6+ years of related industry experience
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field, or 6+ related experience
6+ years experience in electrical, mechanical, infrastructure or data center construction industries6+ years experience in program, project, or product management
3+ years expertise with data, analytics, and analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience in data centers, infrastructure service providers, or related technology companies
Experience in negotiations with global suppliers with a proven track record in cost reduction
Experience in procurement practices working with engineering, supply chain and Tier 1 OEM partners
Experience practicing best-in-class procurement processes (category management, benchmarking, should‑cost models, RFX, reverse auction, contracting, or equivalent)

Pay range: $133,200/year - $220,200/year.
