ISCaP (Infrastructure Supply Chain & Procurement) delivers cutting-edge solutions to source, build, and maintain socially responsible data center supply chains. Role and responsibilities

ISCaP''s Power & Cooling (PAC) team is seeking a results-oriented individual with strong business judgment to own material planning for Data Center Power & Cooling Equipment. As a Material Planning Manager, you will be a high-energy self-starter who works across functions to deliver equipment to data centers globally. As a member of the Power and Cooling Supply Chain Management Team, you will manage the Americas materials and orders supporting AWS Data Center build projects. The primary responsibility is to build next-generation demand planning and forecasting infrastructure for the Power and Cooling team, collaborating with design, projects, construction, and supply to develop an integrated forecast on a global scale. You will audit and track inventory from Purchase Order placement to delivery and drive supply strategies to ensure continuity of supply. Key job responsibilities Own the end-to-end planning process for delivering power and cooling equipment in the assigned region. Drive the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, including demand planning, supply planning, and interlock between demand and supply. Build processes for forecasting long-lead equipment. Partner with technical teams to develop automation to identify and fix forecast errors. Develop and implement a change management process for rapid schedule alignment and design changes. Serve as the SME for supply chain planning, forecasting demand, and coordinating procurement activities. Coordinate changes to purchase orders and delivery schedules with global supply managers, sourcing managers, and internal customers. Partner with the data center demand planning team to capture customer demand and plan equipment delivery using supplier lead times. Track and mitigate risks related to material planning or equipment delivery. Own business reviews and metrics to support improved decision making and on-time deliveries; identify factors impacting timely purchase orders. Own performance metrics for on-time delivery, manufacturing lead times, and shipping lead times across builds in your regions. Be the single point of contact for internal customers for long-lead equipment planning and delivery. Resolve issues related to damaged, missing, or poor-quality deliveries requiring replacements or field service. Lead cross-functional projects to meet commitments and objectives while managing plans. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to lower risks and reduce lead times. Influence partner processes, technologies, and policies to achieve sustainable mutual benefits. Demonstrate a pioneering spirit with a hands-on approach, developing processes in a fast-paced environment while driving results and sustainable systems. Be a strong customer advocate and deliver performance improvements from the customer’s perspective. Define clear data requirements and metrics, collaborating across teams to implement end-to-end tracking to quickly identify risks or deficiencies. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field 6+ years of experience in supply chain management, material planning, and/or supply planning Preferred Qualifications

10+ years of experience in supply chain management, order management, material planning and/or supply planning Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Operations preferred 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain (Forecasting, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Materials Management, Master Planning, Scheduling, Lifecycle management) Strong working knowledge of S&OE and S&OP with implementation experience Tools and Advanced Planning Systems Software Action oriented, results driven with strong analytical and problem solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects APICS and/or IBF certification (preferred) Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite Experience in data centers or infrastructure service providers Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Experience managing a team of direct reports Equal Opportunity

The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year to $220,200/year, with variations based on location and experience.
