About the Role We’re looking for a motivated Full-Stack Developer to join our fully remote team. You’ll build and maintain an engaging mobile application for iOS and Android using modern technologies. This is a great opportunity to work end-to-end on products that ship to real users, collaborate with a small, fast-moving team, and grow your technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using React Native and Expo.
Build and optimize backend APIs and data models with MongoDB.
Collaborate closely with designers, PMs, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality features.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD processes using GitHub Actions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and improve app performance on both platforms.
Contribute to documentation and share knowledge with the team.
Required Qualifications
0–4 years of professional software development experience.
Proficiency with React Native, TypeScript, MongoDB, and Expo.
For candidates with less than 2 years of industry experience: Provide a portfolio or examples of apps you’ve deployed to iOS and/or Android.
Familiarity with Git workflows and collaborative development practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with clear communication and self-motivation.
Additional Optional Qualifications
Experience deploying or maintaining apps on AWS.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
Knowledge of end-to-end testing frameworks such as Maestro or Detox.
Understanding of mobile performance optimization and app store deployment processes.
