Role Overview This dynamic on-site role blends two critical functions: FAA Production Approval Holder (PAH) Liaison and FAA/Organization Designation Authorization (ODA) Administrator—both essential to maintaining regulatory compliance and operational excellence across the organization.

What You Will Do

Regulatory Oversight & FAA Liaison: Act as the primary liaison between the organization and the FAA, supporting the PAH Accountable Manager across all U.S. sites.

Compliance & Audits: Coordinate and prepare documentation for FAA audits and inspections, support internal audits, and lead the product conformity audit (PCA) program to ensure product build compliance.

Regulatory Monitoring & Reporting: Track regulatory changes and ensure timely updates to internal processes.

Internal Collaboration & Training: Facilitate communication between FAA and internal departments.

Process Management & Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement using CORE tools.

PMA Request Processing: Manage PMA-related activities, including authorization requests for spare parts sales.

ODA Administration (25% of Role): Support the ODA Lead Administrator in managing the ODA Unit.

You will travel up to 20% both internationally and domestically.

Must Have Qualifications

Typically requires a university degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.

Experience in FAA regulations, policies, and procedures related to PMA and ODA (such as 14 CFR Part 21, Part 183, FAA Order 8100.15, Order 8130.21, etc.).

Experience with domestic and export airworthiness approvals.

Experience administering and managing SharePoint sites.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of aviation safety regulations and PAH and PMA approval processes.

Completion of FAA Initial/Recurrent Training, FAA ODA Applicant Training Parts I and II, and ODA seminar.

FAA experience with Technical Airworthiness Responsibilities.

FAA Manufacturing Inspection Designee experience.

AS9100 Auditor Training and Quality System audit experience.

Proficiency in SAP, Teamcenter, and Microsoft Office Suite.
