As a Senior Quality Analyst, you will join the Quality Team onsite at our Chula Vista, CA Aftermarket Fulfillment Center. You will perform and be responsible for the quality system and process to include inspecting components. This role provides the opportunity to collaborate in a team environment. This position is 1st shift and requires full-time presence onsite which could include overtime and occasional weekend work to support production. What You Will Do
Lead and host internal, and supplier audits on-site for compliance with customers and regulatory requirements. Lead continuous improvements within RTX CORE operating systems. Maintain business charts for the warehouse organization, quality clinic activities, audits or business corrective actions. Conduct in-process quality inspections. Adhere to supervisor's instructions and guidance. Host on-site and zoom meetings relating to internal and external activities. Maintain the Inspection Pick up Sheet (IPU) process. Process monthly customer returns. Certify in FAA / ODA airworthiness tag as part-time support. Become a General Electric Designated Supplier Quality Representative (GE DSQR) delegate. Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience in Quality or an Advanced Degree in a related field. Experience with SAP. Preferred Qualifications
Ability to interpret instructions (verbal, written, illustration). Prior experience reading engineering drawings. Ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite. What We Offer

Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. The salary range for this role is 62,000 USD - 118,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
