Install, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems both inside and outside the building. Conduct routine assessments and monitor building systems to ensure optimal performance. Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and emergency systems. Oversee contractors and ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols. Maintain accurate records of building operations and system readings. Ensure adherence to emergency procedures and critical facility work authorizations. Required Skills
Experience in data center or critical facility environments, including UPS systems and generators. Universal EPA 608 Certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days). Proficiency in computer applications like Word and Excel. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
