Overview: A leading U.S. manufacturer of premium wood coatings and outdoor protection products is seeking a
full-time, direct hire Territory Sales Manager
to oversee and expand business across Nevada. This role is ideal for a results‑driven sales professional with experience in building materials, coatings, or outdoor living industries who thrives on developing dealer networks and driving brand growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to increase market share with retailers, distributors, and contractors throughout Nevada.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers while identifying and onboarding new partners.
Conduct product training sessions, demonstrations, and site visits to support customer success.
Collaborate closely with internal marketing, operations, and logistics teams to ensure excellent service and support.
Track market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to guide territory strategy.
Attend trade shows, regional events, and training sessions to represent the brand professionally.
Visit company headquarters in Texas on a
quarterly basis
for sales meetings and training.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience in coatings, building materials, or related product categories.
Demonstrated success managing a territory and growing sales volume.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to travel frequently within Nevada and quarterly to Texas.
Experience selling through distributor and dealer networks strongly preferred.
Competitive base salary plus commission.
