The Role We’re seeking an
organized, assertive, and motivated Senior Property Manager
to oversee a portfolio of
250+ homes
while leading a small team of specialists.
This role blends
operations, leadership, and client relationship management
— ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and helping people succeed.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Communication
Build strong relationships with property owners and residents
Respond promptly and professionally to questions and concerns
Communicate proactively with owners about performance, maintenance, and updates
Property Operations
Oversee maintenance requests, vendor coordination, and quality control
Manage move-ins, move-outs, rent collection, lease enforcement, and delinquencies
Ensure compliance with leases and fair housing laws
Team & Process Management
Lead and coach your team toward hitting key performance metrics
Onboard new clients and properties into our system
Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows and refine internal processes
Qualifications Required
At least 3 years of property management experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and effectively
Preferred
Experience using
AppFolio
or similar property management software
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
$70,000–$80,000 base salary (depending on experience)
