Analyst - MQ Outbound Hotline Assistant TEMP
Job Summary :
Employees provide immediate remote support by unlocking electronic seals (E-seals), guiding users with mobile and TMS applications, troubleshooting system issues, and performing clerical tasks to verify equipment delivery and documentation. Responsibilities :
Unlock electronic seals remotely and verify equipment has reached its destination. Guide drivers, dispatchers, and carriers on returning equipment and using mobile applications. Provide IT support and troubleshoot system or equipment issues. Perform clerical duties such as validating proofs of delivery and confirming receipt. Communicate efficiently with internal teams, vendors, and external clients regarding equipment status and incident reporting. Requirements :
Ability to monitor communications and respond promptly. Experience navigating multiple technology applications and GPS tracking systems. Strong clerical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Effective decision-making and clear communication. Skill :
Good problem-solving skills Ability to work independently Patience and kindness when assisting drivers Effective communication Positive attitude Summary Qualification :
