The FBM Program is experiencing significant growth and we need your expertise to deliver new technologies while maintaining the technical requirements of the strategic deterrence. Responsibilities
Oversee the Coordination/Correlation group in managing, analyzing, and responding to system-level requirements and requirement changes to the Weapons System for the FBM Program, specifically Missile interfaces. Ensure customer requirements are met and implemented by working closely with the Customer, coordinating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Management, Customers, DoD, and Active Duty Military/Navy. Ensure consistent interpretation and application of relevant Enterprise and Program command media. Provide mentorship and development of Coordination/Correlation team members in partnership with the Asc Managers. Establish and update Coordination/Correlation Processes and Procedures. Oversee and manage the team’s efforts across multiple areas within the FBM Program to ensure interface requirement documentation that imposes requirements on subsystems internal to the missile, as well as LM facilities and Support Equipment involved with production missile processing, are implemented consistently. Manage documentation release priorities to ensure programmatic commitments are achieved and resolve emergent challenges in a timely manner. Facilitate and incorporate new development processes in unclassified and classified areas. Communicate technical information effectively in written or verbal form to the customer and other program members as required. Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organization, and ownership in the creation of the team’s work products. Be flexible with continuous change and improvements and help create change. Basic Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional teams across multiple contracts to communicate and coordinate work as one team with common goals. Leadership skills and experience leading teams, developing processes and business requirements, and collaborating with internal and external management or customers. Experience and/or knowledge of integrating and implementing program requirements. Experience with full product life cycles from proposal to delivery. Active Secret clearance. Desired Skills
Government/DoD Experience Basic programming (Java, C++, Mathcad, etc.) Communication Skills Performance of technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk analysis, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analysis at all levels of total system product life cycle (concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, disposal). Translating customer requirements into hardware and software specifications, considering technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Functional timeline analyses, detail trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition studies. Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) proficiency Proficiency with correspondence, grammar, and formatting EEO
