Senior FP&A Analyst – Foundation Wellness
Location:
Hybrid – part time in office (Wadsworth, Ohio) with remote work option.
Reports to:
Controller.
Salary:
$100,000 – $120,000 per year (full time).
Job Description As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will be the financial thought partner to operational and commercial leaders, leading financial planning, analysis, and reporting initiatives across the organization. This role offers direct exposure to executive leadership and investor stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long‑range planning cycles.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Ops) to align financial plans with business goals.
Develop and maintain complex financial models for pricing, ROI, and capital investments.
Partner with Operations to analyze manufacturing cost drivers, including variances and throughput metrics.
Review and validate COGS allocations, labor and overhead absorption in alignment with manufacturing cost structures; assist in annual standard cost roll.
Monitor and analyze working capital metrics, including inventory turns, DSO, and DPO; contribute to cross‑functional initiatives that align working capital with strategic goals.
Execute critical monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close processes and financial reporting.
Prepare monthly financial reports with variance analysis and trend insights for leadership and investors.
Support implementation of new ERP system to enhance financial transparency and control.
Drive process improvements in FP&A workflows, reporting cadence, and automation.
Assist in audit preparation and comply with GAAP or IFRS standards.
Support M&A integration initiatives as needed.
Technical Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA highly preferred).
5+ years of FP&A experience, ideally in PE‑backed manufacturing or CPG environments.
Strong command of financial modeling, Excel, and BI tools.
Fluency in ERP platforms and Microsoft Office suite.
Deep understanding of standard costing and variance analysis.
