Environmental Services Manager – Local 21 – Supervisory Management

Responsibilities
Manage and provide positive leadership and direction to staff.
Provide excellent customer service.
Adhere to regulatory standards.
Manage Quality Assurance processes.
Provide positive and constructive feedback to leadership.
Train and develop staff.
Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or high school proficiency certificate.
Five (5) years of experience in environmental services division of hospital, rehabilitation center, military or similar institution.
Two (2) years of which in supervisory capacity.
Certification CHESP or 60 semester/90 quarter units may substitute one (1) year of required experience (supervisory experience not substitutable).
