Salary : $210,000 - $225,000 (plus bonus eligibility with qualifiers)

We are seeking an experienced associate to join our Labor & Employment department in the Denver office.
Responsibilities
Represent employers in a wide array of matters, with a primary focus on complex litigation.
Handle cases including class/collective actions and single-plaintiff disputes related to discrimination and wage-and-hour laws.
Manage litigation independently in a fast-paced environment.
Conduct legal research and writing, and prepare for and participate in depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
Assist with workplace counseling and development of company policies as part of the role.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
Active and in good standing license to practice law in the State of Colorado
3-5 years of experience in employment litigation
Preferred Skills
Strong academic record and exceptional legal writing skills
Experience handling a broad range of employment litigation, including class/collective actions
Prior exposure to workplace counseling and policy development
Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, equal pay statutes, and pay transparency requirements
Experience with depositions, arbitration, and trial work is a definite plus
