Fully onsite 4 days/week (Fridays remote)

Salary Range:
$100,000–$120,000 annually (Bonus Eligible)

About the Role:
We are seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Process and Technology Analyst to join our Global HR Transformation Team. This role focuses on troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and HR technology optimization—not development. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with ServiceNow HRSD and a strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability and usability.
Manage user access, permissions, incident support, and upgrade planning.
Oversee global Knowledge Management module and ensure content accuracy.
Recommend and implement updates to systems and procedures for improved efficiency and employee experience.
Configure and enhance ServiceNow features including Employee Center Pro, Workspace, Virtual Agent & Live Agent Chat, Advanced Work Assignments, Employee Workflows, ACLs, SLAs, Dynamic Translations, Localization Framework, and Performance Analytics.
Support change management processes including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment.
Provide operational support for ServiceNow and other HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Time & Attendance).
Identify opportunities for automation and digital enablement across HR GBS processes.
HR Process Development & Improvement
Support strategy execution for global HR process improvement.
Maintain process documentation and maps in collaboration with GPOs and regional leads.
Drive efficiency and effectiveness across HR GBS processes such as staffing, data management, exit management, and benefits.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher (required)
Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) with HRSD specialization
2+ years in an HR generalist or functional role
2+ years in HR process/technology management
Experience with ServiceNow and SuccessFactors (highly preferred)
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to collaborate with onshore/offshore managed service providers
Detail-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ServiceNow HRSD integrations
Background in HR system implementation and enhancement
Additional Notes

SuccessFactors experience is a major plus.
