Senior Account Executive
Location: Near one of the following: Dedham, MA; Hartford, CT; Bedford, NH; Rhode Island
Overview Our esteemed client is a leading provider of innovative digital imaging solutions for various markets in the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean. We are actively looking for a Senior Account Executive in the Northeast region, covering the specified areas. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing high production printing solutions in commercial printing, service bureaus, corporate in-plants, and specialized printing environments.
Responsibilities
Engage key executives and decision makers to understand and address customer business needs by promoting our client's products.
Cultivate strong business relationships and deliver exceptional support to both new and existing customers to enhance their productivity and profitability objectives.
Expand the territory by acquiring new accounts and replacing competitors to foster growth.
Develop short and long-term strategies to ensure sustained commitment to our products and services in the market.
Demonstrate resilience to achieve set targets and maintain a high level of sales activity.
Effectively manage complex sales cycles using a consultative approach to solution selling.
Create proposals detailing customized business solutions, pricing, and implementation strategies for customers.
Coordinate service and software support and allocate appropriate resources to each account.
Utilize internal resources such as product specialists, solutions engineers, and technicians to present effective solutions.
Maintain consistent representation of strategic direction across all accounts.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years in a related role.
Experience selling Production Printing equipment or similar capital equipment in a business-to-business setting.
Proven track record in selling Capital Equipment to senior decision makers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Strong business and financial analytical skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities to effectively convey ideas and solutions.
Effective territory management skills with a proven record of identifying potential customers.
Adaptability to changes and ability to maximize opportunities for success.
Strong consultative solution selling skills.
Excellent time management, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel within assigned territory, including overnight stays and additional city visits (valid driver's license required).
The base salary for this position ranges ideally between $90,-, with additional incentives and commissions as per the plan. An extra transportation allowance of $ / month is also provided.
