We're seeking someone to join our Baltimore FX Emerging Markets Team as a Product Controller in ISG Finance to oversee daily P&L reporting, manage month-end close processes, support regulatory reporting, and contribute to strategic projects.

What You'll Do In The Role

Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm

Responsible for both individual and team deliverables and projects, leveraging knowledge of Finance functional area, tools and/or products

Adhere to the Firm's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls

Act as a culture carrier; embody the Firm's values and hold yourself accountable to Firm standards

Oversee daily P&L reporting and control requirements for FX Emerging Markets

Manage month-end general ledger close process and disclosure reporting

Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly management and regulatory reporting initiatives

Present financial data and partner with business unit stakeholders

Enhance processes related to financial and regulatory reporting

Role Support strategic projects and proactively identify emerging risks in individual and department work and contribute to strategies for mitigating them.

What You'll Bring to the Role

Working knowledge of Finance functional area, industry and competitive environment

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, and adapt to various audiences

Willingness to seek guidance and provide feedback to further develop self and peers

Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and colleagues across the organization

Ability to analyze data and think strategically

Strong skills in planning, organization, and prioritization, with the capability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a dynamic environment

Proficiency in written and verbal communication and in MS Office, with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint

At least 2 years' relevant experience

Salary and Benefits Salary: $75,000 per year. Additional discretionary incentive compensation may be awarded. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, health savings account, life insurance, disability coverage, paid time off (20 vacation days, 10 paid holidays), 401(k), and other employee perks.
