Responsibilities
Manage and review complex tax engagements for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive tax planning and advisory guidance
Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, ensuring high-quality work and strong professional development
Research and resolve complex tax issues while staying current on changing regulations
Review returns for accuracy, compliance, and strategic recommendations
Participate in business development efforts and contribute to firm growth initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; Master’s in Taxation preferred
Active CPA license required
5+ years of progressive public accounting experience with a focus on tax
Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills
