Overview Knowledge Services, a leading multidisciplinary organization in the professional services, consulting, software, and cyber security industry, is seeking an experienced Client Solutions Manager, MSP Programs to support our core services business team. Responsibilities

Research + identify key growth markets and areas of targeted Managed Service Provider (MSP) Program pursuit

Research, develop, and execute a strategic outbound business development plan by mapping out targeted MSP accounts

Collaborate with the MSP Delivery Team to understand current program landscape

Analyze buying trends + consumer behavior

Partner and coordinate with the Marketing Team to develop marketing plans

Detailed tracking and management of business development activities and pipeline within the CRM platform

Opportunity Pursuit

Engage with decision-makers and initiate meaningful conversations that lead to opportunities

Generate qualified meetings and opportunities by following up on leads and researching prospects

Responsible for business development strategy and activities within assigned Practice(s) or Program Area(s)

Draft statement of work proposals, inclusive of partnering with KS Leadership on pricing, and actively participate in the RFx response process

Uncover a customer's needs and offer specific, tailored solutions to address their problems

Lead solution development efforts that best address client needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel

Attend targeted conferences

Develop, coordinate, and lead research and marketing strategy to conference attendees

Develop, coordinate, and lead follow up strategy to conference attendees, as appropriate

Competitor Analysis

Maintain competitor profile across all Core Business Practice Areas

Conduct thorough review of competitor RFx responses and detail strengths + weaknesses compared to KS’ response

Qualifications

5+ years of successful experience working in account management and business development

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals

Business Development experience with a focus on staffing solutions, MSP, and/or workforce management selling preferred

Excellent communication and presentation skills, a sense of urgency, and a high standard of professionalism

A desire to learn and contribute to a positive team culture

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
