Advertised Job Summary: The Department of Clinical Pharmacy and Outcome Sciences (CPOS) in the College of Pharmacy (COP) at the University of South Carolina (USC) invites applications for a full‑time professional track position at the rank of Clinical Assistant or Clinical Associate Professor, starting in January of 2026. The successful candidate will teach critical foundational content in the professional pharmacy curriculum to first, second, and third year PharmD students as needed. Applicants should have a Ph.D. in a pharmaceutical sciences discipline with strong preference for prior experience teaching in the professional curriculum of an ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy in the United States. The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills, along with the organizational skills necessary to serve as the course director of assigned courses. The positions include a comprehensive benefits package with access to medical, vision, dental, and life insurance.
