Executive Assistant at Eminent Interior Design L T D
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Job Type: Full-time
Hours: 40 per week (Mon–Fri, 8‑hour shift)
About the Role The Executive Assistant supports the office’s administrative functions, coordinates client lifecycle, and ensures positive client experiences from onboarding to project wrap‑up.
Responsibilities
Onboard new clients and maintain client agreements, retainer, and CRM data.
Accurately price items for proposals and create/send client proposals.
Accept approved proposals, process customer payments, and order items in a timely manner.
Expedite orders, update designers and clients on potential problems or schedule changes.
Coordinate and arrange client deliveries, onsite installation when necessary.
Monthly invoicing workflow for products and services.
Primary point of contact for client questions regarding orders, payments, deliveries, invoices, and general inquiries.
Ensure client and vendor accounts are up to date, process vendor invoices/credits, monitor accounts receivable.
Create ad hoc reports and communications for clients and internal use.
Recommend and implement operational strategies, develop and document processes and workflows.
Manage office supplies, miscellaneous office tasks, and assist with other duties as assigned.
