Office Administrative Assistant
to step into a critical onsite role supporting a 60-person office.
In this role, youll be the heartbeat of daily office operationsopening the office each morning, managing supplies and vendors, coordinating deliveries, handling invoicing, and supporting leadership with various administrative projects.
What Youll Do: Open and prepare the office daily Serve as the day-to-day point person for all onsite needs Manage mail, packages, deliveries, and office supplies Track and process daily staff purchase invoices Maintain vendor relationships and ensure smooth operational flow Coordinate with the CFO and COO on administrative projects and special initiatives Keep the office running seamlessly for approximately 60 employees
What Were Looking For: Experience in office management, administrative coordination, or similar role Strong organizational and follow-through skills Confident working independently and owning office operations Comfortable with light invoicing Professional, personable, and reliableespecially in a fast-moving environment Ability to start immediately and work full-time onsite
