Clinic Director / Partner - Licensed Physical Therapist Join Ivy Rehab Network as a licensed physical therapist who will lead the business side of a start‑up outpatient clinic while focusing on patient care. You’ll receive full clinic director base salary, equity, benefits, and support to grow the clinic.

Position Summary We provide world‑class physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) services in a culture that values authenticity, inclusion, growth, and community.

Location Massachusetts (location to be determined in collaboration with the clinician).

Compensation Structure Annual base pay: $100,000 – $120,000* + competitive annual bonus plan + equity ownership. This range does not include bonuses, CEU funds, equity, or other financial incentives.

How To Be Successful In This Role

Entrepreneurial mindset to build and grow a clinic.

Strong work ethic and determination to establish community presence and referral relationships.

Graduate of an accredited PT program; licensed in the state of practice.

Minimum 2 years of clinical experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Proven clinical, management, and leadership abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive environment with clients and staff.
