Area Sales Manager – Arkansas Outstate
Join Stellantis as an Area Sales Manager (ASM) and lead a portfolio of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, and FIAT dealerships in Arkansas Outstate. You will serve as the liaison between the dealers and Stellantis, driving retail development, forecasting sales objectives, and managing vehicle scheduling to maximize production capacity.
Responsibilities • Forecast retail sales objectives by vehicle line and ensure dealer orders meet market demand. • Manage monthly vehicle scheduling to maintain maximum production capability. • Review minimum sales responsibility (MSR) and provide consultation on improvement opportunities. • Analyze dealer financial statements and advise on retail operation enhancements. • Ensure advertising and marketing initiatives align with corporate messaging and branding guidelines. • Motivate and lead independent entrepreneurs to higher performance while meeting internal goals.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of sales or marketing experience
Lives in or near Arkansas Outstate or willing to relocate for the position
Ability to work in a fast‑paced sales environment
Skilled in Microsoft Suite applications
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a new‑car automotive dealership environment
Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced work environment
Excel in building positive working relationships
Entrepreneurial individual with a history of leadership and achievement
Self‑motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals
