Area Sales Manager – Memphis, TN
Join Stellantis as an
Area Sales Manager (ASM)
and play a key role in driving retail development for Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram and FIAT dealerships. The ASM serves as the primary liaison between dealers and the corporate team, ensuring vehicle scheduling, forecast accuracy and marketing consistency across the region.
Responsibilities The ASM will forecast retail sales objectives by vehicle line, manage monthly vehicle scheduling, review minimum sales responsibility (MSR) and consult on improvement opportunities. The ASM will analyze dealer financial statements, provide consulting to enhance retail operations and ensure advertising and marketing initiatives align with corporate brand guidelines. The role motivates independent entrepreneurs to higher performance while meeting internal goals.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of sales or marketing experience
Live in or near Memphis, TN or willing to relocate
Ability to work in a fast‑paced sales environment
Skilled in Microsoft Suite applications
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a new‑car automotive dealership environment
Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced work environment
Excel in building positive working relationships
Entrepreneurial individual with a history of leadership and achievement
Self‑motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals
