Human Resources Supervisor

Thrive Freeze Dry . Thrive Freeze Dry, a rapidly growing freeze‑dried manufacturing company, is recruiting a Human Resources Supervisor for its Corona, CA manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Director of Employee Relations, the successful candidate will lead and direct the functions of the Human Resources Department, including hiring, employee relations, employee engagement, pay administration, leave of absence, and enforcement of company policies and practices. Responsibilities
Provides support and guidance to management and staff on complex, specialized, and sensitive HR issues, including reasonable accommodations, investigations of wrongdoing, and terminations. Manages the talent acquisition process, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates; collaborates with managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. Partners with the Corporate Learning and Development Manager to create programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees. Oversees employee relations activities and employee engagement. Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance. Stays current on trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and innovative technologies in HR, talent management, and employment law. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. Bi‑Lingual, Spanish/English. Minimum of two years of HR management experience preferred in a manufacturing environment. Minimum of two years of experience managing employee relations and investigations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate. Act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Thorough knowledge of employment‑related laws and regulations. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS (ADP) and talent management systems. Essential Functions / Accommodations
Consistent attendance and ability to work on‑site. Occasional work on varied shifts. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Access and navigate each department at the organization’s manufacturing facility. Seniority level
