Enterprise Account Executive – Public Sector Senior Sales Leader focused on new logo acquisition across public sector agencies, school systems, health departments, and state/local government.

Base Pay Range $185,000 – $200,000 per year (base)

What you’ll do

Prospect, engage, and close large public sector contracts—navigating procurement, RFPs, compliance, and long sales cycles

Own full sales cycle from early outreach, stakeholder mapping, solution design, procurement compliance, to contract negotiation and onboarding

Position a cutting‑edge AI benefits and care navigation platform that drives transparency, cost control, and positive citizen impact

Work cross‑functionally with legal, compliance, policy, product, and implementation teams to tailor solutions for the public domain

What you bring

Proven track record selling to public sector, government, or quasi‑public entities (education, health systems, municipalities)

Experience with procurement cycles, RFPs, compliance, budget cycles, public funding mechanisms

Ability to distill complex value—cost containment, improved outcomes, citizen/employee experience, transparency

Strategic mindset, patience, persistence, and ability to manage long, multi‑stakeholder processes
