Sales Executive – LoopNet – Central California

Responsibilities
Build long‑lasting, customer‑focused relationships with owners, brokers and senior executives.
Consultatively develop digital advertising strategies that differentiate clients’ portfolios and generate measurable ROI.
Prospect new accounts, conduct product demonstrations and close new business using CoStar’s extensive property data and analytics.
Partner with LoopNet and CoStar teams across the organization to drive sales revenue and achieve corporate goals.
Travel by car for in‑person meetings; travel outside the driving radius may be required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
4+ years of successful, full‑cycle B2B sales and account management experience in CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions or related technology.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a customer‑experience‑focused environment.
Current, valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Preferred: Experience building long‑term C‑Suite relationships, advanced data analysis skills, operational vehicle access and ability to work independently in a high‑growth company.

Uncapped commission on top of a competitive base salary ($70,000‑$80,000).
