AT&T is looking for a
ServiceNow Product Owner
who will play a pivotal role in driving the vision, strategy, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions within our organization. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and cross‑functional teams to ensure ServiceNow products and modules align with business objectives and deliver maximum value.
What you'll do:
Product Vision & Strategy:
Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities for ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.).
Stakeholder Engagement:
Gather requirements from business units, IT teams, and end users to create and maintain a prioritized product backlog.
Backlog Management:
Write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Prioritize backlog items based on business value and stakeholder input.
Sprint Planning & Execution:
Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
Continuous Improvement:
Analyze metrics, feedback, and system performance to identify opportunities for enhancement and drive adoption of ServiceNow capabilities.
Quality Assurance:
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure solutions meet acceptance criteria and maintain high quality standards.
Change Management:
Support organizational change initiatives by providing documentation, training, and communication regarding ServiceNow changes.
Market & Platform Awareness:
Stay current on ServiceNow platform releases, new features, and industry best practices.
What you'll need:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably with ServiceNow.
Proven experience with ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, and module deployment.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
What you'll bring:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher certifications.
Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
Familiarity with ITIL practices and frameworks.
Experience in large enterprise environments.
Our ServiceNow Product Owner earns between
$118,800 - $178,200 USD . Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
