Job Description
Role:
Sr Analyst, Execution
focuses on forecasting and fixing daily disruptions of finished goods that impact us servicing our customers. Focuses on processes across the logistics and planning group that deliver supply chain business results, identifies and actions inefficiencies, builds relationships with key stakeholders within the supply chain, and monitors the movement of products through the supply chain cycle.
Primary Responsibilities
Leads cross-functional meetings to support meeting service goals and network improvements
Drive visibility to key issues in the network and drive action
Communicates key Supply Chain KPIs to leadership on a daily basis
Hold cross functional meetings across all categories to address service risk and minimize disruptions
Key users of many digital tools and willingness to demonstrate tools from a business user perspective
Review network and request moves to better manage warehouse capacity
Understand the network and the business to identify upcoming disruptions and working with cross-functional teams to mitigate
Identify systematic issues that may be impacting the KHC network and work with appropriate parties to resolve
Works with digital teams to enhance disruption monitoring tools to better predict and act to mitigate risk
Understand SAP and OMP functionality and configuration to identify areas of inefficiency throughout logistics
Monitor the completion of actions and follow up accordingly
Perform root cause analysis for repetitive actions and work with stakeholders to drive long-term solution.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
3-5 years’ experience in Supply Chain preferred
Proficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in SAP and PowerBI

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$88,000.00 - $110,000.00
Bonus:
This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
