Job Description
We’re seeking a Customer Development & Execution Senior Analyst to join the dynamic Kraft Heinz Ingredients team, the KHC business unit providing best in class ingredient solutions to food & beverages manufacturers. The Customer Development and Execution Sr Analyst is passionate, energetic, organized and will play a pivotal role in expanding the KHI business, by relentlessly hunting for a pipeline of new leads and opportunities within the F&B industry and by leading the KHI digital expansion.
Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for assessing and understanding the size, potential, key players in KHI Total Addressable Market (Food & Beverage Manufacturers and Ingredient distributors)
Develop Prospecting Campaigns to generate a pipeline of new leads; engage with leads, assess their potential and move them through the sales cycle before transferring them to the Sales team
Grow KHI business through partner distributors, ensuring they maximize our reach especially across smaller sized manufacturers.
Lead the KHI digital expansion by growing Kosmos (KHI digital platform) capabilities and adoption, in partnership with the IT, Customer Service and Sales Team.
Develop and own reports and dashboards to monitor prospecting and digital plans.
Qualifications
At least 3-4 years of experience in a Sales or Marketing role, ideally in the Food & Beverage Industry
Strong communication skills
Multi-tasker who can manage projects across multiple categories simultaneously
Naturally inquisitive, highly driven, and very hands on
Strategic thinker with strong quantitative capabilities and high proficiency in data analysis.
Ability to work in team and effectively influence cross-functional team members
Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PPT). Proficient in leveraging digital technologies to drive business outcomes, with a strong understanding of digital trends, tools, and platforms.
Bachelor’s degree preferred with a focus in Business Administration and/or related field of study.
Overnight travel is required
New Hire Base Salary Range
$88,000.00 - $110,000.00
Bonus
This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
