Job Title: Assistant, Associate, or Professor in Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics Requisition Number: FE03559 Working Title: Department Name 7H673: PEDIATRICS-DEVELOPMENTAL BEHAVIORAL Work Location: Lexington, KY Type of Position: Faculty Position Time Status: Full-Time Required Education: MD, MD/PhD, DO or equivalent Required Related Experience: Completion of Pediatric residency and fellowship in Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics Required License/Registration/Certification: Eligibility for or actively licensed to practice medicine in the state of Kentucky; Board-certified in Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics. Job Summary
This Division Chief position is needed in the Department of Pediatrics, Division of Developmental Pediatrics in order to achieve the goals and objectives of the Division, Department, and College in education, service, and research consistent with the mission of the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. As Chief of the Division of Developmental Pediatrics, you will be responsible for developing an expanded program which will include increased clinic availability, expanded faculty and staff, development of Developmental Pediatrics research opportunities, and teaching of medical learners. "As Chief" duties include leading program expansion, overseeing clinical services, faculty and staff development, and advancing education and research within Developmental Pediatrics. Qualifications
MD, MD/DO-equivalent, or MD/PhD; completion of Pediatric residency and fellowship in Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics; eligibility for or active medical license in Kentucky; board certification in Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics. Work Environment & Equal Opportunity
