Dove Healthcare - Osseo Assisted Living, a resident care apartment complex (RCAC) with 40 apartments, has an exciting opportunity for a full-time director to collaborate with and lead our experienced, compassionate team. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, including overseeing resident care and services, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supervising employees. As the director, you will:
tour perspective families and/or residents and respond to any family and/or resident concerns conduct pre-admission assessments and coordinate admission paperwork schedule and conduct interviews, evaluations, reviews, and other employee meetings round daily and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations pick up shifts when necessary schedule classes and prepare/coordinate employee meetings maintain employee schedules, attendance, and payroll records order supplies participate in recruitment and retention activities Required Skills:
established ability to manage people and processes knowledge of state and federal regulations effective problem solving and communication skills and a passion to work as part of an interdisciplinary team excellent customer service and communication skills ability to multi-task and perform in an environment with interruptions, multiple responsibilities, and deadlines Required Qualifications:
