As a nurse tech you will:
administer medications and/or treatments
perform delegated nursing or nursing related duties under the direct supervision of a registered nurse
collect data on patient/resident conditions
maintain accurate and complete records of nursing care and report significant resident observations and changes in condition to the registered nurse in charge
Required Qualifications:
current certification as a certified nursing assistant (CNA) in the State of Wisconsin
successful completion of at least one semester of nursing school
successful completion of pharmacology
