Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee administrative operations and support accounting functions within our client's organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day office activities and maintaining accurate financial records. This position is temp to hire and will pay between $22 and $27/hr. depending on experience and education.
Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative operations including scheduling, correspondence, and document management. Coordinate office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance. Support HR functions such as onboarding, timekeeping, and employee record maintenance. Assist with accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and expense tracking. Maintain filing systems for contracts, permits, and compliance documentation. Liaise with property managers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely communication and task completion. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Monitor project timelines and assist with reporting progress to stakeholders. Maintain a clean conference room and common space in the office. Assist in setting up and breaking down for special events or meetings. Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications
Proven experience in office management. Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.

Pay Details:
