Job Title: Financial AnalystLocation: Nashville, TNEmployment Type: Direct HireSalary Range: $75,000 – $90,000/year (based on experience and qualifications)

Position Overview

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities that drive strategic decision-making. This role will work closely with business leaders to provide insights into financial performance, identify trends, and support budgeting and forecasting efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Conduct variance analysis and identify key performance drivers
  • Develop financial models to support business initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills
  • Familiarity with financial systems and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
