Job Title: Financial AnalystLocation: Nashville, TNEmployment Type: Direct HireSalary Range: $75,000 – $90,000/year (based on experience and qualifications)
Position OverviewThe Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities that drive strategic decision-making. This role will work closely with business leaders to provide insights into financial performance, identify trends, and support budgeting and forecasting efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Conduct variance analysis and identify key performance drivers
- Develop financial models to support business initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Familiarity with financial systems and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
