Compensation: $85,000 base salary + uncapped commission (OTE $170,000+)

Work Arrangement: Field-based, with flexibility to work from home when not traveling

About The Opportunity

Our client, an international leader in premium fitness and wellness solutions, is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to cover the greater Chicago area. This high-impact, field-based role blends new business development and account management, offering the opportunity to sell cutting-edge products and services to organizations passionate about health and performance.

As part of a collaborative sales team, you’ll build strong relationships, deliver consultative solutions, and play a key role in expanding market share in one of the country’s most dynamic territories.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow business opportunities within a 100-mile radius of Chicago. Prospect, generate leads, and conduct high-level consultative presentations to C-suite, ownership groups, and decision-makers. Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing and post-sale account management. Achieve and exceed assigned revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals. Leverage CRM systems to track activities, forecast accurately, and manage pipeline health. Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to guide product and solution strategy.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of success in territory-based B2B field sales. Demonstrated experience with solution selling and managing complex deals. Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills; confident working with senior executives. Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus). Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or related field preferred. Passion for fitness, wellness, or sports a strong plus.
