Territory Sales Manager – Club (NYC)

$85K base + $170K+ OTE (uncapped commission), full benefits

About The Role

We’re hiring a Territory Sales Manager to own the Club segment across NYC. You’ll sell to owners, executives, and decision makers at commercial gyms, boutique fitness studios, and national/regional health club chains—delivering luxury fitness solutions that combine $5K–$25K premium equipment, connected digital platforms, and sleek Italian design.

This is a

true hunter role : long-cycle, consultative sales where you’ll open new doors, build executive-level relationships, and position yourself as a trusted partner in one of the most competitive wellness markets in the world.

What You’ll Do

Drive new business with gyms, studios, and health club chains across NYC Lead a consultative, high-touch sales process with executives and owners Manage longer, high-value sales cycles ($5K–$25K+ per deal) Cultivate and expand high-profile accounts to maximize territory growth Deliver revenue, profitability, and market share targets Act as the go-to advisor for luxury, technology-driven wellness solutions

What You’ll Bring

3+ years of high-value B2B sales experience selling into corporate or executive-level environments (SaaS, technology, or other solution-driven industries welcome) Experience selling higher-ticket items ($5K–$25K+) in a consultative, solution-oriented model Strong track record managing longer sales cycles and complex negotiations Executive-level polish: confident, credible, and able to sell to senior decision makers in corporate environments CRM proficiency (Salesforce or HubSpot a plus) Passion for fitness, wellness, and innovation—you live the lifestyle you’re selling
